POSTAGE & HANDLING
All items, are posted from Australia.
We will process the orders within 3 business days and we will send them via Australia Standard postage, and the details will be emailed via email. Any other arrangements, please email us.
DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIA)
Standards Postage; $2.50
All Australia Parcel Post Delivery times: 3 - 10 business days.
Please note: During busy periods such as Christmas and New Year, these fulfillment and delivery times can increase. If it needs to arrive before a certain date, please contact us first before purchasing and confirm it can make it.
INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)
STANDARD POSTAGE 6 to 27 business days.
All of our sales may incur Duty, Taxes, and other charges depending on the Import regulations of your country (the value of the goods).
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as order values vary and destination country rules and regulations vary. To ensure the earliest possible delivery of your order, please pay these charges on time if requested by Australia Post.

- Eligibility
Smichy strictly does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect subscriptions, except for only faulty / damaged.
- Exchanges A credit note (Gift Voucher) will be issued to allow you to easily re-purchase an alternative item.
- Refunds
Smichy strictly does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect subscriptions that the items have been posted.
Customers who have received a product/s with a manufacturing fault or incorrect item will receive a refund. (Note – Smichy undertakes strict quality control on every item prior to shipment & upon receiving return).
- Faulty Items
If items you have received are faulty or not as ordered please do not use the above return process, instead contact us on email immediately.
(Any evidence you can provide of the fault will help us to speed up your claim) .
Smichy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide you with a refund and/or exchange with other alternative items. You will not be eligible if our Customer Care team has not advised you via email, prior to returning the faulty garment(s).

Processing Time Frames -
Delivery times: Due to weather, changes in Australia, there may be further delays due to freight backlog which is out of our hands. We are trying our best to make sure you receive your goods on time.
Once a Returns item(s) reaches Smichy, Smichy will inspect the item(s) to ensure the eligibility criteria have been met). Within ten (10) days of receiving the Returned item(s), Smichy will issue another postage and/or Credit-Note, at its sole discretion.
If Smichy, at its sole discretion, determines that a Refund is to be provided, then Smichy will process the Refunds within ten (10) business days of receiving the Returns.
Please note that all credit notes will be issued via email and in the form of a code. The Credit- Note will remain valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- After-Pay and Klarna Returns (WILL BE UPCOMING SOON)
AfterPay and Klarna returns undergo the same Smichy Returns Policy process, as outlined above.
Please note that your personal agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please note that subscriptions cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by a customer, the order will be returned to Smichy and the customer must pay to re-ship the purchase order.
Unfortunately, Smichy is not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit. Smichy does not take on any responsibility and/or liability of a purchase order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking.
