📍 Origin:

All products are shipped from Sydney, Australia using Australia Post - Standard Parcel Service.

⏱️ Order Processing:

Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before dispatch.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where applicable) via email.

For urgent or custom shipping requests, contact us before purchasing.

Important: Please check your country’s import rules before purchasing. Smichy is not responsible for customs fees or delays.

📦 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Smichy is not liable for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges incurred on international shipments. These fees depend on the import laws of your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.

To avoid delays, please ensure all customs payments are made promptly if requested by your country’s postal or customs service.

🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Smichy experience. Please read carefully below.

❌ No Refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect subscription choice (once processed - only for the Monthly Subscribers Fans Club)

✅ Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If your item is:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect (not what you ordered)

Please email us at hello@smichy.com within 7 days of delivery, and include photos if possible.

We’ll offer:

  • A replacement, OR
  • A refund, OR
  • A credit note (gift voucher)

Smichy must approve returns via email before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

🎁 Exchanges:

We offer store credit (via a digital gift code valid for 3 months) if you'd like to exchange your item for another.

🔄 Returns Process & Timeframe:

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be issued a credit note or replacement within 10 business days
  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method

📌 Important Notes:

  • Subscriptions cannot be canceled once processed (only for the Monthly Subscribers Fans Club)
  • If a wrong shipping address is provided, and the package is returned, the customer must pay re-shipping fees.
  • Smichy is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or delivery delays once the parcel is marked delivered by the shipping provider.

💳 Afterpay & Klarna (Coming Soon!)

Returns for Afterpay and Klarna purchases will follow the same Smichy return process.
Note: Your repayment agreement with Afterpay/Klarna will still apply even during the return process.
