🔁 Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Smichy experience. Please read carefully below.
❌ No Refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect subscription choice (once processed - only for the Monthly Subscribers Fans Club)
✅ Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If your item is:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect (not what you ordered)
Please email us at hello@smichy.com within 7 days of delivery, and include photos if possible.
We’ll offer:
- A replacement, OR
- A refund, OR
- A credit note (gift voucher)
Smichy must approve returns via email before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
🎁 Exchanges:
We offer store credit (via a digital gift code valid for 3 months) if you'd like to exchange your item for another.
🔄 Returns Process & Timeframe:
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll be issued a credit note or replacement within 10 business days
- If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days via your original payment method
📌 Important Notes:
- Subscriptions cannot be canceled once processed (only for the Monthly Subscribers Fans Club)
- If a wrong shipping address is provided, and the package is returned, the customer must pay re-shipping fees.
- Smichy is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or delivery delays once the parcel is marked delivered by the shipping provider.
