In My Diary
Before Smichy had story worlds, songs or characters, there was a diary.
It was a private place where feelings could exist without being judged. A blank page could become a friend, a hiding place, or an entirely new world. When real life felt too heavy, imagination gave me somewhere else to stand.
That small act of creating eventually became Smichy.
“In My Diary” was written for anyone who has ever kept part of themselves hidden inside a notebook, a drawing, a song or a character. Sometimes the things we create quietly are the things that help us find our voice again.
Sammy and her puppy Waffle represent that gentle companionship: the comfort of having someone beside you while your world is still taking shape.
